We also do not control, verify, or endorse the content that you make available. You control who may access your content. If you share content in public areas or shared areas available to others you’ve chosen, then you agree that anyone you’ve shared content with may use that content.
Warranties
It is our desire to deliver the finest quality internet based products and useful development services available. Your personal results are up to you and are dependent upon your dedication and effort. For this reason we make no guarantees or promises regarding your sales performance and resulting income.
Assignment and transfer-ability
Our products and services are fully transferable, subject to approval.
Refund Policy
To receive a refund for payments of services, Client must cancel services by sending a certified letter postmarked within 72 hours of the time of the client(s) purchase of services. Cancellation and refund requests made after 72 hour grace period will be made in the sole discretion of Accelerated Web Solutions. To discontinue client website or cancel hosting, client must give a 30 days notice by creating a new help ticket at http://support.
We guarantee to make every attempt to deliver all products and services. This is conditional upon the client being available for any follow up session(s) as scheduled. If this condition is met and we fail to deliver, a refund will be made available. There are no refunds on advanced development packages unless we can not fulfill your development packages.
Client Acknowledgments
I understand that I must read all statement of work, contracts, email correspondence, as this is critical to understand my purchase and the success of my project.
I understand that it can take approximately 2-3 months to be registered and listed with search engines. Accelerated Web Solutions makes no guarantee that your website will be indexed by search engines, as Accelerated Web Solutions has no direct affiliation with the search engine companies.
I understand all articles and content I load into my website can affect my rankings.
I understand that Accelerated Web Solutions inserts articles into my webpage. Depending on the development and services I choose to purchase will determine the amount of articles being added into my webpage. All articles being added to my webpage are based off of the information and notes I have provided to Accelerated Web Solutions. I understand that by not providing Accelerated Web Solutions with detailed notes about my webpage, they will be forced to submit article descriptions to their writing team based on the information that they have received.
I understand that Accelerated Web Solutions is not affiliated with, or associated with any PPC and/or any PPS companies. This includes Google, Amazon, or any other third party companies.
I understand that Accelerated Web Solutions is strictly a web development, design, and blogging consultation company and that they have no control over third party PPC and PPS company policies.
I understand that all PPC and PPS companies have different payout structures and that I am responsible to research this information on my own.
I understand that PPC and PPS services are free to anyone online and that although Accelerated Web Solutions will be assisting me throughout the application process, I understand Accelerated Web Solutions makes no guarantee that I’ll get approved or denied from these services.
I understand I am responsible for renewing my domain name each and every year and that I own the domain name entirely. I understand that it is imperative that I monitor any and all emails that relate to domain registration, domain renewals, and domains by proxy.
I understand that if I delay getting in contact with Accelerated Web Solutions this can result into them providing and registering a generic domain name in order for them to fulfill their Statement of Work and Contract obligations.
I understand that any fees associated with the registration or development of my website are considered NON refundable.
I understand that by activating a website service with Accelerated Web Solutions I will be charged a monthly hosting and maintenance fee at the beginning of every month. If I do not call, email, or respond to the emails that Accelerated Web Solutions sends out, this can result into Accelerated Web Solutions terminating my website on their servers. I understand that in order to cancel this service I need to inform Accelerated Web Solutions that I no longer want my website to be hosted on their servers.
I understand that if I do not contact Accelerated Web Solutions to inform them of this, I will continue to pay the hosting fee’s even if I do not renew my domain name. I understand that if this were to occur I would be responsible for paying the hosting fees even though my domain name was not renewed because Accelerated Web Solutions would still be storing and backing up website files on their servers.
I understand that if I want administrative access to my website I will need to host this website on my own server and/or find an alternative hosting plan. If I choose to go this route Accelerated Web Solutions is no longer responsible for servicing or maintaining my website needs.
I understand that Accelerated Web Solutions does not provide administrative access to their customers, and that they do this to prevent customers from installing faulty products, themes, and or software that may be harmful to their servers.
I understand that my success is entirely based on my efforts and that Accelerated Web Solutions is not responsible for the success of my website.
I understand and agree that Accelerated Web Solutions has made NO guarantees of any type stating that I would generate any type of money by using their services.
